1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you are accessing the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" will refer to that entity.

We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page regularly to ensure you understand the current version of the Terms, as they are binding on you.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the account created by a User to access and use the Services.
• "Content" means any text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, or other materials appearing on or through the Services.
• "Order" means a request to purchase Products through the Services.
• "Products" means the video games, gaming hardware, accessories, and other items offered for sale through the Services.
• "Subscription" means a recurring Order for Products at specified intervals.
• "User" means an individual who accesses or uses the Services.
• "User Content" means any Content that a User posts, uploads, publishes, submits, or transmits to be made available through the Services.

3. Account Registration and Use

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an Account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account and use our Services. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3.3 One Account Per User

You may not create more than one Account without our express permission. We reserve the right to terminate any duplicate Accounts.

3.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your Account at any time by contacting our customer service.

4. Purchases and Payment

4.1 Product Information

We strive to display accurate product information, including pricing and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered through the Services is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

4.2 Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in Danish Krone (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed on the Services at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the checkout page.

The availability of products is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, which are displayed during the checkout process. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and other charges).

4.4 Order Acceptance and Processing

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason up until the time we ship the products to you. If your payment method is declined, we will cancel your order.

4.5 Subscriptions

For subscription orders, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription period you have selected. Subscription orders will continue until canceled by you. You may cancel a subscription at any time by contacting customer service or through your Account settings.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Options

We offer various shipping options, which are displayed during the checkout process. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination.

5.2 Delivery Times

Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Services pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5.3 International Shipping

For international shipments, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

5.4 Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipping to certain locations. If we cannot ship a product to your specified address, we will notify you during the checkout process or by email.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is available on our Refund Policy page. By making a purchase through our Services, you agree to the terms of our Refund Policy.

7. User Content

7.1 User Content Responsibility

Our Services may allow you to post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit User Content, such as product reviews, comments, and forum posts. You retain any rights you may have in your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Services.

7.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to post User Content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
• Is commercial in nature, such as advertisements, promotions, contests, or solicitations, without our prior written consent
• Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity

7.3 Content Monitoring

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any User Content. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any User Content posted by you or any third party.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Ownership of Services

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by CSGOROVLL, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Danish and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include:

• The right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the Services or any portion thereof
• The right to modify, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works based upon the Services
• The right to use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods
• Any use of the Services not expressly permitted by these Terms

8.3 Trademarks

CSGOROVLL's name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CSGOROVLL or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, brands, and marks are used for identification purposes only and may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate CSGOROVLL, a CSGOROVLL employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which may harm CSGOROVLL or users of the Services

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Services
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Services
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Services or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent
• Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Services
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Services, the server on which the Services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Services
• Attack the Services via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack
• Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER CSGOROVLL NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH CSGOROVLL MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER CSGOROVLL NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH CSGOROVLL REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICES, THEIR CONTENT, OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

CSGOROVLL HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL CSGOROVLL, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THEM, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICES OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CSGOROVLL, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, including terminating or suspending your Account, for any or no reason, including without limitation, if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms.

Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship with us and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be exclusively settled by the courts of Denmark. However, we reserve the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

14.3 Waiver of Class Actions

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter.

Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
