Important Note

5. Refund Process

5.1 Return Shipping

For physical products that need to be returned:

  • We will provide a return shipping label if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)
  • For returns due to change of mind or other non-error reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
